ATOM humanoid
model name not yet announced
A five-fingered, two-armed, two-legged humanoid that Tokyo startup Atom (founded November 2025, CEO Shunsuke Aoki) is building together with its own physical-AI foundation model, aimed first at factory and logistics work such as sorting, parts picking, assembly and tidying. The 30 kg figure is the design target reported by MONOist (15 kg per hand); the robot is planned to use around 30 rotary and linear actuators, some co-developed with bearing maker NSK, with mass production targeted for 2027.
