Robody

A soft-skinned humanoid avatar for elderly care at home from Munich, grown out of the Roboy research project: a remote operator in VR drives it, and its head can show the operator's face. The November 2024 generation got a redesigned torso and arms with grippers for two-handed chores; it moves through homes on a mobile base.
