Prosper Robotics · home humanoid

Alfie

A London-built household 'robot butler' with two arms and a head on a torso-like column over a wheeled base, aimed at chores such as loading dishwashers, wiping tables and taking out rubbish. Founder Shariq Hashme expects early units to do only about 20% of tasks on their own, with remote assistants teleoperating the rest.

Wheeled base
Actuators & motors
Wheeled base with a torso-like vertical column; two arms that raise and lower for different tasks.

Two arms with grippers; shown wiping surfaces, rinsing dishes, loading a dishwasher and tidying.
Sensors & vision
Cameras and sensors feed remote operators (no detailed list published).
AI & software
Remote assistants (some in the Philippines) using game-style controllers handle most tasks at first; the first version was expected to do about 20% of tasks autonomously, learning from operator data. Prosper said it would blur faces and let users delete footage.
